Born in Dubai, UAE, Chicking® is proud to be one of the first and fully Halal compliant, international quick service restaurants (QSR) that serves customers globally with great tasting food, infused with the largest selection of top quality herbs and spices from around the world that creates some of the most exciting flavors in a modern setting.

Franchise Types
Unit/ Sub Franchise
A single unit Chicking franchise model with options of operating as food court or standalone (full dine-in) concept. Typical locations are shopping malls and high footfall street areas
Area Development Franchise
A multi-unit franchise model with the option of operating both a food court and full dine-in concept within a defined territory (usually defined as district, town, city or state). Area Development Franchise is limited to the pre-defined geographical regions as set by Chicking and the prospective franchisee should be financially sound enough to support the growth targets for the territory.
Master Franchise
The master franchise model is offered in a territory defined as Region, Country or State as per pre-determined territorial status. Given the significant financial investment, the master franchisee has the option to operate equity outlets and sub-franchising. The prospective master franchisee organization requires a proven management team to support the development agenda for the territory.

How do I get started?
Prospective franchisee are to review the franchise application process, fill in the online form and submit all the necessary documents as indicated. A BFI representative will be in contact with you if you meet our criteria.

Can franchisees of other brands qualify for a ChicKing® franchise?
Franchisee’s of other brands may qualify for a Chicking franchise, provided that they are not in the same industry. BFI prefers franchisees without other major business commitments.

What are the conditions to be a part of ChicKing® Franchise?
For a unit franchisee – we are looking for an individual who are motivated and excited about the business and the brand who has strong business acumen and are willing to be hands on in the operations of the ChicKing® outlet. For your information, if we approve your franchise request, you are required to establish a Private limited company.
For a Master Franchisee – we look for a strong business establishment, with a strong business track record who has the capacity to aggressively develop the brand within the given territory. A bonus would be if the potential partner is already in the F&B industry / multi franchise investor or businesses with a strong human capital support. -
